We serve the San Diego State University Community by:

• Administering all human resource services for more than 6000 regular and temporary employees.
• Collaborating with department management, supervisors, and staff through assessment and consulting services.
• Providing organization and staff development so staff may achieve their professional potential and departments may achieve the goals of San Diego State University.
• Ensuring staff receive timely and accurate payroll and comprehensive benefit information.
