Student Time and Labor

Time and Labor is an online process for reporting hours worked through PeopleSoft.  Student Employees will have access to their online timesheet for daily reporting. This will allow department approvers to view all time reported for approval.

Student Assistant Time Entry

This user's guide provides student employees instruction on how to enter time worked. You must enter time each day that you work. Your supervisor will monitor your time throughout the month an​d must be able to see the hours as you report.  All time must be submitted by the 1st day of the month after the end of the pay period.  View the Student Pay Day Schedule for pay period dates and deadlines.

Approver

The business process guide provides approvers instructions to view, edit, and approve student employee time.  Student employees are to enter their time worked at the end of each business day. As an Approver, you must approve student assistant time monthly via PeopleSoft Reported Time by the 5th of the month. View the Payroll Calendar for pay period dates and deadlines.
